FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note you may be required to pay tariffs or duties on the imported goods before you receive it. The amount is dependent on the country you live in and is out of my control.
I can also now ship to the EU again! However, packages to EU countries may still be subject to tariffs/VAT/customs fees. I do not pay ANY fees for you on my end. All responsibilities lay on the customer to pay any import-related fees.

How long before my order is shipped?
Please allow one week for processing time. To make the process faster please make sure your address and shipping info are accurate and up-to-date.
How long will it take for my item to arrive once it's shipped?
For domestic orders, most arrive within 4-7 days once shipped. For international orders, shipping time varies. You should get an estimate when checking out your cart. Most international orders arrive within 3-6 weeks but reach out to me if it has been longer than that.
What is your return/refund policy?
- I do not accept returns on any items.
- If an order gets lost in the mail, I am happy to refund the order cost minus the cost of shipping, or I can work with you to get a replacement order sent out.
- If the order has arrived safely (according to USPS's tracking info) then sadly I cannot offer a refund as it is not within my financial means.
What printer do you use?
All of my art prints are done on a Canon Pro 300. I use 300gsm paper from Red River Paper for my prints.
My Tracking Info isn't working...
If for some reason you cannot track your shipment please email me at info@tanninarceo.com or contact me through the contact page here on this website and I will see what the problem is. If it has been longer than usual for your order to arrive, please reach out to me.
Are the prints archival?
Starting April 9th, 2024, all prints and posters will be archival using Canon's Lucia Pro ink.
Can I give you product suggestions?
100% yes. Some of my favorite sticker designs were suggestions from friends or family. You can submit them through the contact form on this site or through my DM's on Instagram (@tannin.arceo).
